1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Let's Grow Technologies LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our software development services, websites, mobile applications, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
2. Scope of Services & SOW Governance
Software development projects are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Sprint Contracts. Each SOW specifies technical architecture, milestone deliverables, acceptance criteria, delivery timelines, and associated milestone fees.
3. Intellectual Property Rights (100% Client Ownership)
Upon full settlement of agreed milestone invoices, all custom source code, documentation, designs, and architectural assets created specifically for the client are 100% transferred to the client. We retain no proprietary lock-in on custom client deliverables.
4. SaaS Subscriptions & Payment Processing
For subscription SaaS products, recurring billing is handled securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All pricing is displayed in USD.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime
We guarantee a 99.9% uptime standard for our cloud-hosted SaaS solutions and dedicated production environments, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance.
6. Limitation of Liability & US Jurisdiction
These terms and any related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. In no event shall Let's Grow Technologies LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the total fees paid under the applicable SOW.
