Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview & Transparency Commitment

At Let's Grow Technologies LLC, we prioritize transparent merchant relationships, structured milestone approvals, and clear commercial policies in full compliance with Stripe, Relay Bank, and US consumer standards.

2. SaaS Subscriptions & 14-Day Guarantee

For our proprietary SaaS platforms and digital subscriptions:

• Initial Subscriptions: New customers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription purchase if they are unsatisfied with the service.
• Recurring Renewals: You may cancel future recurring charges at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting billing support at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
• Prorated Access: Mid-cycle plan cancellations will retain platform access until the conclusion of the paid billing period.

3. Custom Software Development & Milestone Billing

Custom engineering engagements operate on defined milestone schedules:

• Strategic Blueprint & Discovery: Deposits fund discovery, architecture blueprints, and design systems. Once deliverables are presented and approved, discovery fees are non-refundable.
• Milestone Sign-Off: Milestone invoices are billed upon passing agreed QA acceptance criteria. Once a milestone is reviewed, tested, and signed off, the completed milestone payment is final.
• Project Termination: Either party may terminate an ongoing SOW with 14 days written notice. In such events, the client will only be billed for verified sprint hours and deliverables completed up to the date of notice.

4. Refund Processing Windows

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method (via Stripe / Credit Card / Bank Wire) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
